ATTN: Midget Age Players
(anyone born 1994 or earlier) wishing to Grandfather and remain with their Former Association should contact the appropriate registrar with that Association to request a transfer. Players are NOT required to register with their new association before they make this request.

  Any Simons Valley Midget wishing to remain with SVHA please e-mail reg@svha.ca
