We are half way through the Tacoma Truck Raffle. The Grand Prize Draw is on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Huntington Hills Arena! time TBD. There are approximately 15, 650 tickets left to sell!
Those teams that are done with their tickets must hand in ALL of their funds and ticket stubs including any unsold tickets that they do not wish to sell.
Those teams that still wish to sell tickets can do so until Wednesday, December 13th.
To date, we have raised just over 4,750.00. Out of these funds we must pay our expenses for the raffle, including advertising, printing, and prizes.
To date we have issued no team incentives. Incentive payments will be issued when teams have finished with the Tacoma Raffle â€“ Either theyâ€™ve handed in all ticket stubs and payments, or they have handed in all ticket stubs/payments and any remaining unsold tickets. We are unable to do multiple payments to teams.
A maximum potential gross earnings for this raffle is $200,000. A maximum of $64,500 could be issued to teams through incentive earnings, leaving up to $84,00 for McKnight Hockey. This is an amazing task, and will benefit everyone in McKnight. These funds are earmarked specifically for ice according to AGLC rules. Funds originally tagged for ice will now go against the current budget. When all is completed, the McKnight Board will review the budget for this season and next season and provide more details on how this will benefit McKnight Hockey. Please watch for this information in the New Year.
