Evaluation Grievances
You MUST read the Grievance Procedure above BEFORE filling out the form
Post-evaluation grievances will be addressed as quickly as possible.
Grievances about player evaluations and team placements must be received no sooner than 24 hours after team selection and no later than 48 hours after team selection.
Grievances shall be submitted online to the Head Evaluation Coordinator using the online form.
Grievance forms are date and time-stamped.
Grievances will only be accepted during your division's posted hours, as listed below.
Grievances submitted outside the specified window will not be reviewed.
U9 - CLOSED (was open from September 14, 2025 at 7:45pm to September 15 at 7:45pm)
U11 -CLOSED (was open Friday, September 19 at 7:59pm to September 20 at 7:59pm)
U13AA - CLOSED (was open Thursday, September 25 at 9:47pm to Friday, September 26 at 9:47pm)
U13 - CLOSED (was open Sunday, September 28 at 8:17 pm to Monday, September 29 at 8:17 pm)
U15 BC - CLOSED (was open Monday, September 22, at 7:30pm to Tuesday, September 23 at 7:30pm)
U15 NBC- CLOSED (was open Saturday, September 27 at 10:26pm to Sunday, September 28 at 10:26 pm)
U18 BC - CLOSED (was open Sunday, September 28 at 8:17 pm to Monday, September 29 at 8:17 pm)
U18 NBC- OPEN from Friday October 3 at 9:24pm to Saturday October 4 at 9:24pm
